Granulator - MAK Line
Granulators are essential equipment in the plastics recycling process, whether post-industry or post-consumer (PCR).
With this in mind, our line of MAK granulators has been evolving over the years, and is prepared to deal with a wide variety of materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, ABS, PET and their forms such as films, boxes, bottles, auto parts, pallets, boxes and big-bags, among others.
With power ranging from 5hp and 200hp, and feed nozzles from 250x150mm to 1200x800mm, the MAK mill line offers a capacity of varied sizes and productions, adapting to the specific needs of each customer.
They have in common the following characteristics:
• Angle cutting system, reducing energy consumption and dust formation
• Fully external bearings, allowing grinding with water without affecting seals or bearings
• Easy access to the screens, regardless of knives or hopper openings, enabling a quick change in the grain size of the material or cleaning of the equipment
• Completely constructed of rolled steel, including bearings
• Worm opening of the hoppers
• Safety lock that prevents the rotor from moving with the hopper open
• Water inlet for wet grinding
• Output of material in hopper for extraction by pneumatic conveying
From model MAK-600
• Hydraulic opening of the hopper by 1CV hydraulic unit
• 180-degree sieve, providing more production and reduced consumption
• Replaceable side wear plates
• Anchors on the fixing threads of the fixed knives, making maintenance easier
• Bearings mounted with tapered bushings
From the MAK-1000 model
• Hydraulic opening of the sieve holder by 1CV hydraulic unit
• 180-degree sieve, providing more production and reduced consumption
On all models with P rotors, knife clamping system by means of clamping strips. Improved reliability and serviceability

Granulator - MBK Line
The granulators of the MBK line have been specially designed for the grinding of lees. With solid rotor and clamping of the knives by a wedge system. In this way, the knives are fully supported on the rotor, avoiding bending points, thus making it possible to grind lees and heavy parts with large wall thicknesses.
With power ranging from 20hp to 150hp, and feed nozzles from 400x280mm to 800x450mm, the MBK mill line offers a capacity of varied sizes and productions, adapting to the specific needs of each customer.
They have in common the following characteristics:
• Angle cutting system, reducing energy consumption and dust formation
• Bearings in conjunction with the housing, more rigidity in the assembly
• Easy access to the screens, regardless of knives or hopper openings, enabling a quick change in the grain size of the material or cleaning of the equipment
• Completely constructed of rolled steel, including bearings
• Opening of the hoppers by hydraulic unit
• Safety lock that prevents the rotor from moving with the hopper open
• Output of material in hopper for extraction by pneumatic conveying
